2022 Gender equality index
We are convinced that social, cultural, gender, age and career diversity is an asset for our company. This is why, at iD Systemes, we attach particular importance to developing this diversity, of which professional equality between women and men is an integral part.
Despite the challenges we have faced this year, we have continued to make progress towards this goal by implementing new measures to promote equal opportunities and diversity in our company. In 2022 our gender equality score is 58/100.
We continue to make progress in promoting gender equality:
- Increased recruitment of women, leading to an increase in the proportion of female employees from 32% last year to 37% this year;
- A woman makes it into the top 10 in terms of pay;
- Improvement in the average salary for women aged 50;
- Improvement in pay for women managers and supervisors between 40 and 49.
Gender equality is a work in progress and we still have work to do, but we are determined to continue our efforts towards gender equality and to work towards improving our index in 2023. We believe that our commitment to gender equality is essential to our long-term success, and we will continue to work hard to achieve this.
