The Gaïana Group announces the merger of Pac Informatique and iD Systemes, reinforcing its leading position in the wine sector

Pac Informatique, which specialises in the Champagne sector, was acquired in early 2023 as part of the Group's external growth strategy.

This strategic step marks a significant advance in the consolidation of the Group's presence in the alcohol/wine and spirits segment, strengthening its position as market leader in all the major wine-producing regions of France.
