After the acquisition of Tipsa at the begining of march, Gaïana announces new external growth in the Wine & Spirits segment with the acquisition of Lavilog.
Lamouroux, founded in 1982 by Didier Lamouroux and taken over in 2006 by Emeline and Jean Harpin, is a key player in wine thermoregulation. The company designs, develops, manufactures and installs complete thermoregulation systems, which are implemented in wineries around the world. In 1991, Lamouroux published its first software, Lavilog, aimed at players in the wine industry with very prestigious clients, such as Château Angelus or Château Lynch-Bages.
The acquisition of Lavilog allows Gaïana to consolidate its position as European leader in the wine solutions market. The takeover of this business of around ten employees will allow Gaïana to reach approximately €40 millions of revenue, to expand its software offering in the group's historic business vertical and to optimize technological synergies.
Lamouroux and Gaïana have entered into a commercial partnership to develop an interface between thermoregulation and software solutions, in order to offer their respective customers a complete offering.
